Where are you located?
We are located at 2380 S. Elmhurst Road, Mount Prospect, Illinois. We are on the North-West corner of Elmhurst Road and Oakton Road.
What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturdays 9 AM to 2 PM but are available 24 hours, 7 days a week for our patients by phone. Please call to confirm the hours before coming in.
Do I need an appointment?
No, you can walk in during our office hours and no appointment is required. If you would like to see a specific provider, you are welcome to make an appointment with provider at your convenience.
Should I come to Emery Medical Center or go to the Emergency Room?
Emery Medical Center is used for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses. If you are experiencing a serious life threatening condition, we recommend going to the emergency room or call 911. Emery Medical Center is great choice for routine and minor health care needs in a primary doctors' office.
What services do you offer?
Emery Medical Center can help treat many different conditions from acute problems (such as respiratory infections, musculoskeletal injuries, rashes, headaches , lacerations, etc) to chronic illness (such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disease, and coronary artery disease, etc) . We also treat job related injuries. Patient can be seen on a walk-in-basis or can schedule an appointment. Please see the list of patient services.
Do you give immunizations?
Yes we provide immunization for school aged children and adults. Please see the list of immunizations.
Can I use Emery Medical Center as my family doctor?
Yes, Emery Medical Center providers can take care of your primary care needs on an outpatient basis.
What ages do you see?
We see all ages, from newborns to seniors. Feel free to give us a call if you have a particular question.
Does Emery Medical Center do Physicals?
Yes we do a variety of physicals, from DOT, school, sports, college, pre-employment, pre-surgical, to preventive.
What kind of Medical Provider will I see?
Emery Medical Center is staffed with Licensed Medical Physicians.
How long is the wait?
Typically, your visit will be completed in less than 30 mintues.
What do I need to bring to my visit?
Please bring your photo id, insurance card, as well as the subscribers name, date of birth, and social security number.
What Insurance to you accept?
We are in most major insurances plans, and are able to bill your claim out for you directly. Feel free to give us a call to make sure.
Do you offer Dental Services at your office?
Not at this current time but may offer it in the near future.
